THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The material is pathetic, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd purchased something usable instead. S
